Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan, rooted in the belief that a universal life force energy flows through all living things.

This energy, known as "ki" in Japanese, is believed to be the foundation of health and well-being. During a Reiki session, a trained practitioner uses gentle hand placements on or near the body to channel this healing energy, aiming to balance the recipient's energy flow and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Reiki is known for its calming and restorative effects, often helping to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance overall wellness. This non-invasive therapy complements traditional medical treatments and is suitable for people of all ages.

When I give Reiki, it isn't me healing, I merely become a channel for this energy. I place my hands on or near the Client and receiving this energy whilst relaxing stimulates their own ability to heal themselves.

Distant Reiki

Works in exactly the same way but by using a Distant Reiki symbol it allows  me to connect to a persons energy across time and space. I then proceed with a treatment  as though the client is present and send a report afterwards. The result is the same.

I include Crystal and Pendulum Healing in all of my Reiki sessions with the clients permission. 

Angel Reiki is similar but I tap into the energy of angels and past masters.

As a Reiki Master I am qualified to teach Usui Reiki.
